Class IV Required Skills

Floor Exercise
1. Back somersalt stretched (with no twist)

2. Two consecutive forward tumbling skills which must be either a handspring to bounder, or handspring to front salto.

3. Straight arm press to hanstand (2 second hold) from any split. Or a split to a V seat, or a Manna and press to handstand are also acceptable.

Pommel Horse
1. Two consecutive A value scissors.

2. One back loop with legs together.

3. Two consecutive front loops (legs together or flaired)

Rings
1. L-seat (2 second hold) with rings turned out.

2. Bent or straight arm press to handstand (momentary hold).

3. Two continuous inlocates or dislocates (second must be straight body and show rise).

Vault
• The first vault must be the technical handspring vault (8.3 base score)

• The second (optional) vault can be from any of the first 4 vaulting groups.

Parallel Bars
1. Forward or reverse pirouette in handstand.

2. Front uprise and swing to nominal handstand.

3.
Any giant, Moy, or cast of minimum A value.

Horizontal Bar
1. Blind turn to nominal handstand in any grip.

2. Free hip circle, Stalder, Endo, or toe-on-toe-off (legs together or straddled).

3. Undergrip giant to ½ pirouette.
