Class 3 Required Skills

Floor Exercise
1. Tumbling sequence containing a whipback (tempo salto) and a second backward initiated somersalting skill (second skill need not be immediate).

2. Three consecutive forward tumbling skills which must include a handspring or bounder and a forward salto with no twist.

3. Straight arm press to hanstand (2 second hold) from any split. Or a split to a V seat, or a Manna and press to handstand are also acceptable.

Pommel Horse
1. One back loop (legs together or flaired).

2. Any skill with three hand placements on one pommel done behind the back.

3. Two consecutive scissors of minimum A value.

Rings
1. Press to handstand (2 second hold) of minimum A value.

2. Static strength part (2 second hold) of minimum B value.

3. One inlocate or dislocate with the shoulders even with the top of the rings, or a forward or backward lockarm shoot to handstand.

Vault
• The first vault must be the technical handspring vault (8.3 base score)

• The second (optional) vault can be from any of the first 4 vaulting groups.

Parallel Bars
1. Front uprise to an immediate swing pirouette, or a back uprise to or through a handstand.

2. Forward stütz or back toss minimum B value, or Diamidov to support.

3.
Any giant, Moy, peach, or cast of minimum B value.

Horizontal Bar
1. From an undergrip giant, early ½ pirouette to handstand finishing in any grip.

2. From at least one giant, any forward or back somersalting dismount.

3. Stalder, Endo, or legs together toe-on-toe-off.
