Floor Exercise Pommel Horse Rings Vault Parallel Bars Horizontal Bar

A contemporary Horizontal Bar routine must be a dynamic presentation that consists entirely of the fluid connection of swinging, turning, and flight elements alternating between elements performed near to and far from the bar in a variety of hand grips so as to demonstrate the full potential of the apparatus.

In most cases the horizontal bar stands 255 cm tall, and is 240 cm long and 2.8 cm in diameter. The horizontal bar is commonly referred to as the high bar.

Description taken from the official men's FIG Code of Points

Below I have listed skills performed on this apparatus, their Element Group and their value. All skills and skill sequences listed below are evaluated with FIG rules, not USAG JO rules.
I have also included a Horizontal Bar routine that meets all the FIG requirements for Difficulty, Element Groups, Presentation and Bonus, giving the routine a maximum score of 10.0.
