• Developmental D skills receive 0.1 in bonus when performed by any optional gymnast.

• Developmental D skills are eligible to be repeated 1 time for both bonus and difficulty by any optional gymnast because they are a bonus skill.

• Class I and II gymnasts may repeat 1 bonus skill 1 time for difficulty and bonus.

• Class III and IV gymnasts may repeat all skills 1 time for difficulty and bonus.

Developmental D Skills

Floor Exercise
1. Double salto backwards tucked or piked.

2. Flair to handstand and full (360°) pirouette in handstand.

3. Support lever (Planche) (2 second hold).

4. Salto forward stretched with 1½ twists (Rudi).

Pommel Horse
1. Bailie (Czechkehre to pommel loop to Czechkehre).

2. Any of the following skill combinations: Pommel Loop + Pommel Loop, Pommel Loop + DSA, Pommel Loop + DSB, DSB + DSB, DSB + DSA, and DSB + Pommel Loop.

3. Handstand dismount with a full (360°) pirouette.

4. On the leather, Russian wendeswing with 720°.

5. Magyar (3/3 travel forward in cross support) or Sivado (3/3 travel backward in cross support) with 1-2-4-5 hand placements (LPPL).

6. Russian wendeswing with 360° on 1 pommel.

Rings
1. Press to handstand with bent body (straddle or pike) and straight arms (2 second hold). Executed flawlessly (no touching the straps or cables with the arms or feet).

2. Support lever (Planche) (2 second hold).

3. Inverted cross (2 second hold). 180° to 165° = no deduction
164° to 150° = - 0.1, 149° to 135° = - 0.2, and above 135° = - 0.3 and non recognition.

4. From cross or L-cross, press to L-sit (2 second hold).

5. Swing or kip to any cross (2 second hold).

6. Honma (backward swing to forward salto to support or L-sit with a 2 second hold) stretched (no more than a 15° pike).

7. Felge upwards with straight arms to handstand (2 second hold), or Back uprise or giant swing to handstand with straight arms (2 second hold). Maintaining straight arms throughout with up to 0.2 in deductions in the handstand.

8. Double salto backward stretched.

Parallel Bars
1. Salto backward to handstand (Back toss).

2. Diamidov (swing forward with full or 1¼ turn on 1 arm to handstand).

3.
Kenmotsu (giant swing backward to handstand) or giant swing backward with ½ to handstand.

4. Basket to handstand (performed anywhere on the bars as long as fluid upward motion is maintained throughout the skill).

5. Front uprise with immediate forward Stütz to 45°.

Horizontal Bar
1. Giant swing rearways forward (Russian or Inverted giant).

2. Any of the following flight elements: Tkatchev (swing forward and vault backward straddled to hang), Gienger (swing forward and salto backward piked with a ½ turn to a hang), Jäger (swing backward and salto forward tucked, piked or straddled to a hang) or Deltchev (swing forward and salto backward straddled with a ½ turn to a hang).

3. Stalder (free straddle circle backward through handstand) or Endo (free straddle circle forward through handstand) piked through handstand.

4. Double salto backward stretched.
